4. Bookings and Cancellations

• Booking Confirmation: A booking is considered confirmed only after the receipt of the advance payment.
• Pricing: Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to seasonality or availability issues.
• Cancellations: Cancellation policies vary by package. Please refer to the specific package details or contact our support team for the specific cancellation window for your trip.

5. Limitation of Liability

Kashmir Bliss Travels shall not be held liable for:

• Delays, changes, or cancellations due to weather conditions (snow, rain), landslides, or political unrest in the region.
• Personal injury, loss, or damage to property during the tour.
• Inaccuracies in third-party data (e.g., weather forecasts provided by WeatherAPI.com).

6. User Conduct

You agree not to use our website to submit false booking requests, spam our contact forms, or attempt to manipulate our AI systems. We reserve the right to ban users who violate these terms (logged via IP address).

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of India. Kashmir Bliss Travels and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of Srinagar, Jammu & Kashmir shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
